Nxt Lvl Technology Solutions is committed to ensuring users maintain control over their personal data. These Data Deletion Instructions explain how users may request deletion of their personal information and associated data from any Nxt Lvl Technology Solutions platform, including:

  • StreamLine (streaming and communications platform)

Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

3. Data Ownership

Users and organizations retain ownership of their data.

Nxt Lvl Technology Solutions acts solely as a service provider and processor.

We do not sell personal data.

4. How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Email Request

Include the following information:

  • Platform(s) affected (Horizon, StreamLine, MEJay, or all)

  • Organization name (if applicable)

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Request: Please delete my account and associated data.

Method 2: Account-Based Deletion (If Available)

If supported within the platform:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Navigate to Account Settings

  3. Select Delete Account

  4. Confirm deletion

5. Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within:

30 days or less

Most requests are completed sooner.

You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.

6. Effect of Deletion

After deletion:

  • Your account will be permanently removed

  • Associated personal data will be deleted from active systems

  • Access to services will be terminated

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

7. Enterprise and Educational Accounts

For enterprise, institutional, or educational accounts:

  • Data ownership remains with the organization

  • Authorized administrators must submit deletion requests

  • Individual users should contact their organization administrator first

We comply with applicable institutional data handling requirements, including FERPA-aligned practices where applicable.

8. AI and Processing Systems

For Horizon and other AI-enabled services:

  • Private user data is not used to train public AI models

  • Upon deletion, associated user data is removed from accessible systems

  • Deleted data will no longer be available for processing

9. Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain limited information only where required for:
