By accessing or using Horizon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  • Does not sell your data

  • Does not use your private data to train public AI models

We act solely as a service provider and processor of your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Horizon to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Engage in unauthorized access or hacking

  • Distribute malware or harmful software

  • Interfere with system integrity or security

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Process data without proper authorization

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

7. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

Horizon provides AI-generated outputs that may be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are provided "as is"

  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them

  • Horizon is a tool and does not replace professional judgment

We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Horizon is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data, including:

  • Access controls

  • Secure infrastructure

  • Monitoring and logging

However, no system is completely secure.

9. Intellectual Property

Horizon, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Nxt Lvl Technology Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

You may not:

  • Service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nxt Lvl Technology Solutions from claims arising from:

  • Your use of Horizon

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of applicable laws

14. Enterprise and Organizational Use

Organizations using Horizon retain ownership of their data.

We act solely as a service provider and do not claim ownership of organizational data.

Additional agreements may apply for enterprise customers.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Horizon after updates constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Nxt Lvl Technology Solutions, without regard to conflict of law principles.
